Please come to dinner in our restaurant „Auszeit“ and in the Panoramabar in casual wear. Swimwear, bathrobes and jogging bottoms are not permitted.

You are welcome to come to breakfast in sweatpants, but bathrobes and swimwear are not allowed here either.

Forgotten drugstore and hygiene articles are available at the reception or in the center of Hofheim, e.g. in the Chinon-Center.

Parking lot

The parking lot costs €7.00/night for hotel guests.
You are welcome to use the space directly in front of the hotel entrance to unload your luggage for a short time, but we ask you to move your car afterwards, as this is our fire department access road.
If the parking ticket is lost, an additional fee of €15.00 will be charged.
During your stay you can leave the parking lot with your room key.

Our hotel rooms are all non-smoking rooms. We therefore kindly ask you to smoke on the balcony of the Panorama Bar or in your room. Thank you for your understanding. We reserve the right to charge you a fee of € 150.00 for non-compliance.

Rhine-Main-Therme

The Rhein-Main-Therme is available to you free of charge during your stay. If you wish to use the thermal baths after 12:00 noon on the day of departure, we can offer you admission at a reduced price. Please contact the reception desk.

We would like to point out that valuables in the room safe are only insured to a limited extent. Please deposit your cash and all other valuables in your room safe. The sauna area of the Rhein-Main-Therme is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay. This area is a textile-free area.

Children under the age of 16 may only enter the sauna area if accompanied by an adult.

Room key

The key is for both the room and the spa. In the spa, you can book food and drinks on the room key.
